How should I use Routine Wellness Hair Mask?
After shampooing, apply the hair mask generously from mid-length to the ends of your hair. Leave the mask in for 5-10 minutes and then rinse and style as usual. Use the mask at least once per week, or more if your hair is very dry.
Do I need to condition my hair after using Routine Wellness Hair Mask?
You don’t have to follow up with Routine Wellness Conditioner after using our hair mask mask. However, if you prefer to have a softer feel to your hair, or you tend to have coarse hair, you can follow the mask with Routine Wellness Conditioner.

Personally, I don't use this mask for growth. I think the shampoo and supplement do that together. The mask is just great if you tend to have dry hair, which I have. It just solves the dryness issue, and leaves my hair feeling softer and great. I also love how it smells.
