How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! Amazing productI absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! This is the best hair-care product I’ve ever used and at 45, I’ve tried many. I color my hair and have used lightening peroxide which had dried out my hair. No longer!! My hair is truly silky and feels like it did when I was a kid. This happened after the 1st-2nd application. I am 75 years old and have always had long very thick hair. I suffered a severe bout of sepsis last December and a couple months ago I noticed I was losing a lot of hair. I asked my doctor and she said hair loss was an unfortunate result of the sepsis. I saw your ads and read your reviews and decided to try your products. I have been using the serum, shampoo,and conditioner exclusively ever since I received it. I wash my hair and condition it about ,3 times a week. I have lost a lot of hair and it has since leveled off. I don't notice any new growth yet but I am hopeful. How can I tell now if it has started to work to increase growth?

Best Shampoo and Conditioner Ever!I recently purchased Routine Wellness as my hair has been falling out due to stress/perimenopause.
This shampoo and conditioner is by far the best I have used. I have natural curly hair that I straighten at times. Routine Wellness leaves my hair soft and full. It does not cause tangles and leaves my hair easy to work with. I have only just started using the products so I am not sure how it will be with regrowth. So far, I am very happy and will continue to use.
Love itI’ve been using Routine Wellness for over 2 years now. I had noticed I was getting a bald spot on top of my head and all of my hair was thinning. I had a great grandma who was bald and I thought I was going to be too. I had read that Routine Wellness was the best. I absolutely love it. It took a some time for my hair to build up but we’re talking about months for it to fill in the bald spot and get to where I was expecting which is more body but not a lot. Lovely shampoo and conditionerI bought this product because my previous shampoo and conditioner was leaving my hair dry and brittle. I was also getting concerned about the amount of hair I was losing. I've been using Routine Wellness for a couple of weeks now and it leaves my hair soft, shiny and healthy looking. Although I haven't noticed much less hair loss I love the way it makes my hair look and feel.
From frizzy hair to soft hairI started using routine wellness about a month and a half ago and I love it. I have extremely curly hair it’s blonde and very fine so it breaks easily. I also have dermatitis on my scalp so it’s itchy all the time. I thought I would give Rutine a try Because I’ve tried I would say everything else. From the drugstore brand all the way up to the $100 brand.
I’ll just say this, I can’t stop running my fingers through my hair because it’s so soft and not frizzy you can see the definition of my curls. I can actually wear my hair down and not in a hair clip because of all the curls in the frizz. It hasn’t healed my dermatitis but it definitely has helped a lot. Not for meI used this brand for six months nothing happened! I taught it took time to start working but I have seen videos and reviews saying that after 4 weeks they could see changes! I did not see anything in my hair! Just damage in packet! Maybe is not for my hair!
This worksI am in my early 60s and have had thinning hair to the point where you can see parts of my scalp for over 30 years. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for 6 months 3 times a week. I have a lot of new growth. I used to see piles of hair on my bathroom floor. Now I see very little. I still have shampoo and conditioner left in the first bottles I bought 6 months ago, so for those who think it's expensive, it's not. It's worth every penny. I have tried numerous very expensive brands that did not do anything except empty my pocketbook, and some of them even made more hair fall out. You will really see the results with Routine in 2-3 months, as it takes time for hair to grow in long enough to see it.

Love the ShampooI saw a difference in my hair the first time I used Routine Wellness. It felt thicker and shiner. I ordered the $20.00 offer of shampoo and conditioner. I gave it 4 stars because I can barely make the conditioner come out of the bottle. I have to take the cap off and pound and squeeze the bottle in my palm and hope that something comes out, while trying to keep my wet hair from dripping all over my face. For $10.00 per bottle I would expect more. I guess they are travel size. Other than this problem I would definitely recommend.
