How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.
Do I really need the conditioner?
Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. I won't be buying anything else.
sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! Love It!I love the products and have been using them for a little more than 2 months now. I don't see new hair growth yet but I do see less loss. I am on a lot of medications so it's hard to figure out which or which combo is causing my hair to thin. And yes, I even go to a dermatologist for this. There is less coming out in my comb/brush.
I use a lot less shampoo than ever as well so it actually saves money. It suds up so well and I also use a teeny bit of the lightweight conditioner. My hair is much softer and better conditioned now. I've spent a fortune over the years on shampoos and product but this is the real deal. I am hoping my hair grows too...

It really stops hair breakageI have fine medium length hair with dark auburn hair coloring and I'm 50 years old. After I turned 50 significant clumps of hair started accumulating in the shower and on my brushes. I started thinking my only option to preserve what I currently have left was to chop my hair to a much shorter style. My last ditch effort was the purchase of Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner. I have to say I'm very impressed with the results. The breakage is so minimal at this point and my hair feels so much better. I also do not use a hair dryer, with fine hair it drys in 30 to 40 min in the winter and about 15 to 20 min in the summer. I hope this helps someone who is going through the same issue. I don't usually post reviews but this product is worth it.
Love itAfter about a month of using shampoo and conditioner I have noticed I have less hair going down the drain. Not having to was hair everyday like with other hair loss products. My hair looks healthier and has more volume. I will continue to use, hopefully see more results.
I don't understand the ratings chart. My thick hair has been thinning and nothing helps. I'm also very allergic to so many things. So far, it's been wonderful! I've had no reaction to the product and my hair is much healthier than it has been in years. I was using a product with tea tree in it and I was allergic to it. Now I'll wait and see if it works better than Biotine.
Less Fallout!I am on a weight loss program and found that my hair was significantly falling out. I have always had thin hair, so I was quite concerned. I tried several other brands but none provided the benefits I was looking for. Then I found Routine Wellness! I love it. I can feel what seems to be thinking of my hair. AmazingI received my order and have used it twice. I am currently transitioning from highlighted hair to my natural silver locks. I have never used a pre serum, shampoo, and conditioner that has made my hair feel this clean, healthy, shiny, and soft (even my spit ends don’t feel like they need a trim 😂) This line is amazing. Great ProductI am not sure that I felt a difference at first, although it smelled really good and I didn't develop flaking at all. Then about a week in I got 5 different compliments about my hair color looking great, like I had colored it. I can only attribute this to the product as I had done nothing different. Now I am about a month in and at the base of my head my hair does seem to feel thicker, not a ton but it is an improvement. I will definitely continue to use as the benefits are far better than any regular shampoo and pretty close to Nioxin, but the smell and feel are much better.
Amazing productI absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! This is the best hair-care product I’ve ever used and at 45, I’ve tried many. I color my hair and have used lightening peroxide which had dried out my hair. No longer!! My hair is truly silky and feels like it did when I was a kid. This happened after the 1st-2nd application. I also got the pre-wash conditioning oil and it was 100% worth it. I don’t usually leave reviews unless a product is amazing or really terrible. Thank you for this product!! Waste of moneyI’ve tried so many things. When you’re losing your hair it’s dry and important to have moisturizing stuff. This dries my hair out more and I’ve tried a ton of things. I now feel like all the prior reviews that I based my decision on were a lie esp that they give a $50 gift card. Very disappointed— going back my other shampoos that worked better
Used the shampoo and conditioner, supplements and oil for at least 8 months or longer. Can’t tell any difference in my hair. I am glad it is working for others. Wish I could say the same. I may order the shampoo at a later date but not sure.
Great Hair AgainForget the biotin, and the rosemary, and all that other BS. I've tried almost everything, and this was the best thing! It truly helped my alopecia. Love it!
